Quotations and pricing

All quotations are provided in writing after a site visit and are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Quotations are estimates based on the information available at the time; any variation in scope will be agreed in writing before additional work is carried out.

Projects

Work is carried out under a separate written agreement specific to your project, which will set out the scope, programme, payment schedule and terms applicable to that work. In the event of any conflict, the project agreement takes precedence over these terms.

Payments

Payment terms for each project are set out in the project agreement. Typically a deposit secures the start date, with staged payments linked to milestones and a balance on completion.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website is excluded. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.

Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, images and the Black Oak Projects logo, is owned by Black Oak Projects (NW) Limited and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
