Site Visit & Scope
We visit the property, take measurements and assess the practical realities behind your project. We identify the work required, raise any issues early and agree a clear scope before anything is priced.
Detailed Proposal
You receive a clear, itemised quotation outlining exactly what's included, along with key allowances and the project programme, so you can make informed decisions with confidence.
Delivery & Handover
We manage the work end to end, coordinating trades, ordering materials and keeping to the programme, with regular updates throughout. We hand over a finished, clean and ready-to-use space.

Do you handle the whole project or just the building work?
Both. We manage the full programme end to end: design input, trades, materials and the final finish. You have one point of contact throughout.

We provide a detailed, itemised quotation after a site visit so you can see exactly what each element costs. There are no hidden extras. Anything additional is agreed and signed off in writing before it is carried out.
